Simple yet undeniably innovative, the Merc Brim Biter® transforms an iconic piece of true Americana into a stylishly understated accessory of artistic fashion.
The Mercury dime is a vintage American coin from the early 20th century, minted between 1916 and 1945. Like many American coins produced before 1965, these dimes are made of 90% silver.
The Mercury dime got its name because Liberty, shown with a winged cap, resembles the Roman god Mercury with his winged helmet. However, the coin actually represents Liberty, not Mercury.
Each Merc Brim Biter® is handmade using a proprietary bending method that creates a clip that “bites” the brim of the hat and stays put.
Available in two styles: horizontal and vertical
