We are happy to ship products to you, wherever you may be, but we do have a few parameters that make us different from other online retailers.
** HOLIDAY SHIPPING 2021 **
At this time, The Museum Store cannot guarantee that any online order placed after December 5, 2021 will reach its destination before Christmas. We will process your orders as efficiently as we can, but we cannot guarantee what happens to your package in transit once it's in the hands of the shipping provider.
** COVID-19 Shipping Notice **
PLEASE NOTE: Because of increased shipping volume throughout the country, including the constraints brought on by the COVID-19 Pandemic, we CANNOT guarantee that your order will arrive in a timely manner.
We will do all that we can to process and ship your order in a timely manner, but after the package is in the hands of the shipping service, we have no control.

Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx have informed us that shipping delays will occur. All shipping services are experiencing increased workloads at this time, and delays are happening all over the country.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND: The estimated times offered by shipping services are only ESTIMATES - and cannot be guaranteed by the Museum Store or USPS, UPS, or DHL.
We will work diligently to process your order as quickly as possible, but please be patient with the shipping once its in the hands of UPS, FedEx or USPS.

The Museum Store CANNOT offer or guarantee overnight shipping from any shipping service.
We will try our best to expedite shipping when the order is in our control, but once the package leaves our hands, we lose the ability to ensure the timely delivery of your order.
In order to make sure that you receive any online order by a certain date, we recommend shopping in advance. Purchasing gifts well ahead of time will provide you with plenty of time for a package to make its way to you.
We do NOT offer First Class International Shipping.
When shipping via the United State Postal Service, First Class International Shipping provides a tracking number with shipping labels. We have found that many countries outside the US don't offer an equivalent tracking number through their postal service. Without a tracking number that works in Ukraine (for example), there's no way to follow the progress of a package once it leaves US customs.
Because of this, many First Class International packages are stolen or "lost". We have decided to remove this option, to ensure our customers receive what they order from us.
Orders placed after 11 a.m. Central Standard Time will not be picked up by a postal carrier (USPS, UPS, etc) until the following day.
Any order placed after 1 p.m. Central Standard Time on Friday will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday.
The United States Postal Service and UPS have scheduled pickup and drop off times at the museum, and both come by in the morning. Because of this, your order may be processed and packaged, but that package will not be picked up by the carrier until the next time they come to the museum.
We also have a small staff here at the Museum Store. The employees trained to process and ship online orders work only on weekdays, and therefore cannot process shipments on weekends.
