Members are essential to The National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum’s daily operations and programs. Members help make possible the Museum’s educational programs and the care, study, and exhibition of our collections.
As a benefit to becoming a member, you receive a 15% Membership Discount to use in the Museum Store at any time, both in store and online.
Here are some tips on how to use your Membership Discount:
Using your Membership Discount
When shopping online, you will need to use a discount code to receive your discount on eligible items. You will receive an email from our Membership Coordinator with this code. Please check your email or reach out to the Membership Coordinator at membership@nationalcowboymuseum.org.
Once you know the discount code, enter it in the box that says "Gift Card or discount code" at checkout and click "Apply."
Not every item in the Museum Store is eligible for your Membership Discount. The following items are not eligible for discount:
-Prix de West items: bolos and catalogs.
-Exhibition Catalogs: books and catalogs created about an exhibition that we have in the Museum, either currently or from the past.
-Name Brand Products: Pendleton, Pearls by Shari, Christina Greene Jewelry, William Haskell scarves and prints, and The Bohlin Company belts and buckles.
- The reason we cannot accept your Membership Discount on these products: The companies set very strict rules on when we are allowed to offer a discount of any kind. If we were to allow these products to be discounted without permission, we would lose our ability to sell these products in the Museum Store.
